Where do we start when looking for our next home?

Research, research, research! If you’re looking to sell your property so you can move onto bigger and better things, your first port of call is to do your research and pick the right estate agent. How are going to know what your budget is if you don’t know how much your house is already worth? It’s so important to investigate your finances to find out what’s left on your mortgage payments, as it might be worth more than you think. Before you touch base with an agent, make sure you have a rough idea on how much your property is worth. This is so you can see which one of these agents is being realistic. It’s sort of like an interviewing process to decide which agent is the right one to sell your home!
